Dr. Mohamad Anas Azmah :

He is a Syrian Arab Doctor from an ancient Damascene family. His father, Dr. Mohamad Mamoun Azmeh, specialist in general and urology surgery and he is one of the most famous doctors in Damascus. His father has a great favor on him throughout his surgical training and experience. He was born in Damascus in 1969 and studied at its schools, earned a high school diploma from Al Thaqafi high school and graduated from the faculty of Medicine, university of Damascus. He began his surgical and practical training during his study in the faculty of medicine, with the supervision of his father. He also stayed for many years with Prof. Dr. Essam Ajili, professor of surgery at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Damascus.

Graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, very good rate. Damascus University in 1992.
Finished his surgical training during advanced studies, Damascus University in 1996.
Finished his training in thoracic surgery, Mwasa hospital. Damascus University in 1998.
Specialized in thoracic and respiration Surgery, the Syrian Ministry of Health in 1998.
Hold a master degree in general surgery with distinction rate, Damascus University in 1999.
Got a certificate of general surgery from the Arab Board form in 2000.
Presented a scientific research to get the master degree in general surgery entitled (Lesions of surgical parathyroid).

Operated the first surgery of (laparoscopic gastric conversion for treatment of obesity), Syria on March 2006.
Operated the first tumor esophagectomy surgery with the manufacturing of the stomach by laparoscopic, Syria in 2007.
Supervised several workshops in laparoscopic surgery (laparoscopic gastric conversion), Kenitra during the Syrian German Conference on June 2007 and in Duma hospital on September 2007 and in Alnabek hospital and Harasta hospital 2011.
